Happima Chicken Lollipop


Chicken lollipop 😋 yummy appetizer! is my kids favorite. Whenever they drop by any restaurant, they ask for it. I tried it at home and came out very well like restaurant one it was crispy outside and juicy inside. So decided to share the recipe with u all. U can find chicken lollipop in the frozen section. This recipe is a very easy and can be prepared in couple of minutes. Next time I will give u the sauce coated chicken lollipop recipe.
Last time I made this with mixture of Maida and corn floor. But this time I tried making it little differently with happima instant powder, and it was amazing and tasty.. I hope you will love it and let me know how it turns out..

Ingredients:
Chicken Lollipop - 10 pieces
Oil for Deep Frying
For Marinating:
Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp or as u wish( u can also grind 3-4 chilies and add the paste)
Ginger Paste - 1 tblspn 
Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn 
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Soya Sauce - 1 tblspn
White Vinegar - 1 tblspn
Happima instant powder- 3 tblspn
Water to sprinkle

Method:
Mix chicken lollipop with all the marinating ingredients except Happima powder and water. Keep aside for 15 mins.
Now add in Happima powder. Sprinkle little water and coat well. No artificial colors required.
Heat oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, Drop chicken in hot oil, simmer the flame and cook on low heat for 10 mins till the chicken is cooked, Now increase the heat and fry the chicken on high heat for 5 mins or till the chicken get crispy and cooked.
Drain and serve hot with your favorite sauce.
