Today is last working day for my daughter, and she wants to take something different for her friends. She asked for dosa pizza, and i happily prepared it for her. This 100% healthier, then store bought pizzas. it's not good for health too. So whenever I get a chance I replace maida with something healthy. These dosas were very yummy . Try it am sure all of u will love it.
Ingredients
Dosa Batter - 2 laddles
Oil - 1/2 tsp
Tomato chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 tbsp finely chopped
Capsicum - 1 tbsp finely chopped any color
Sweet corn- 1/2 cup
Paneer- 50 gm
Tomato- 1 small finely chopped
Grated pizza cheese - as u like
Parsley- 1/2 tsp
Method:
Chop the veggies finely, Grate the cheese and keep it ready.Take your dosa batter, it should not be very thick or thin.
Heat the dosa pan, take a laddle full of dosa batter add it to the dosa pan now take another laddle full and spread gently. Oil the dosa. Let it cook for a few seconds till the top gets half cooked in low medium flame.
Once its cooked turn back 2 seconds ,and turn again. Now spread the sauce, add the chopped vegetables, paneer and sprinkle cheese and parsley( i used cilantro for my hubby).Cook covered for a minute.
Open and see, the cheese is all melted and the vegetables are nicely blended and cooked.Carefully remove it from the pan and transfer to serving plate.
Use pizza cutter to cut into wedges and enjoy it hot.
